Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls (1–4 phone lines)
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate meetings and company events
  • Create, organize, and maintain filing systems and project files
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Support leadership and staff with general office needs

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Administrative Role is required
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation: $20 an hour
