Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls (1–4 phone lines)
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings and company events
- Create, organize, and maintain filing systems and project files
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Support leadership and staff with general office needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Administrative Role is required
- Previous experience in Manufacturing is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Compensation: $20 an hour
