Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati NW is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to fill an immediate opening in Springdale, OH!
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide tours of vacant or soon-to-be-vacant properties to prospective tenants
- Collect and process rental applications
- Prepare and execute lease agreements according to property standards and regulations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in Leasing is required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $17-18 an hour
