Part-Time Warehouse Associate (Fabric Handling & Cutting)
$16–$17/hour | 10 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 10 AM–12 PM Long-Established Drapery Shop – Small, Friendly Team
Our client, a well-respected drapery shop that has served the community for many years, is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support their fabric inventory and production workflow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative, and thrives in a small, steady-paced environment. ** Position Overview**
You will assist with fabric handling, inventory organization, and quality control. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work.
**Key Responsibilities ** Pull and stage fabric orders from warehouse shelving
Cut fabric using a rolling cutting machine (training provided)
Inspect materials for accuracy and quality before sending to customers
Put away inventory and keep warehouse organized
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Drive vehicle for small errands or deliveries (as assigned)
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 hours/day)
10 hours per week
$16–$17/hour (based on experience)
What We’re Looking For
Strong work habits, reliability, and dependability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail when measuring, cutting, and inspecting fabric
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
Team-oriented and able to get along well with a small, established staff
Requirements
