We’re growing fast and looking for a Recruiting Specialist who brings professionalism, warmth, and long-term commitment to our internal team.
Position Details
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hour work week
Pay:
Up to $20/hr (based on experience)

Honolulu

What you’ll do as the Recruiting Specialist:
- Sourcing & Screening Candidates – Post job listings, review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills to build a qualified talent pool.
- Client Relationship Management – Meet with client businesses to understand their hiring needs and match them with the right candidates.
- Placement & Onboarding – Facilitate the hiring process including background checks, paperwork, and onboarding for successfully placed employees.
- Meeting Recruitment Goals – Track placements, maintain applicant tracking systems, and meet productivity and placement metrics to support business growth.
What We’re Looking For
You’d be a great fit if you have:
- 1-2+ years of recent administrative experience in a front-facing or office setting
- Experience in administration, HR, staffing, or professional services preferred
- Typing speed of 55 WPM or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly, confident personality with strong customer service instincts
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to grow with a company long-term
