Position Overview
The client is seeking a Relationship Manager, Client & Attorney Success to join their growing team. This vital role will bridge the gap between clients seeking legal support and attorneys within the vetted network. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, driving user success, optimizing operational workflows, and contributing to strategic growth. This position offers strong potential to evolve into a leadership role within the client and network success team.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Consumer Success: Oversee the client journey from intake to case resolution, ensuring users receive exceptional guidance and support.
- Attorney Success: Act as the primary liaison for attorney members—managing onboarding, platform proficiency, profile optimization, and overall relationship quality to drive retention and satisfaction.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Manage and improve workflows for case screening and attorney engagement.
- Track performance metrics using the CRM system (Zoho) and internal tools.
- Identify and implement enhancements to platform usability and internal procedures.
Strategic Contribution
- Create and refine strategies to boost consumer and attorney engagement.
- Serve as an internal advocate by relaying feedback to cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing).
- Contribute to the health and balance of the marketplace ecosystem.
Leadership Development
- Exhibit leadership potential by supporting and mentoring future team members.
- Help develop standard operating procedures and training materials as the department scales.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of legal intake experience with strong screening expertise across legal domains.
- Proven success in client success, account management, or operations roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both clients and legal professionals.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving acumen and operational insight.
- High comfort with tech platforms, especially CRMs (Zoho preferred) and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a client-focused mindset.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
- Leadership potential with a desire for future supervisory responsibilities.
- Must be located in or near Birmingham, AL (training hub); future hybrid opportunities available, with potential expansion to Atlanta.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $23.00–$27.00+, based on experience
- Additional Earnings: Performance-based bonuses available
- Annual Potential: Total compensation can exceed $55,000+ annually based on performance
- Work Model: In-person training followed by a hybrid structure once ramped up
