Express is seeking (6) Remote Customer Service Representatives to work with one of Hawaii’s best Health Insurance companies on Island! The Remote Customer Service Representative would serve as a crucial link for customers, providing information on eligibility, benefits, and provider services. You'll resolve inquiries, document calls, and ensure every customer interaction meets our high service standards.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30pm (during training period, and then Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
Parking: avail for $12.50 a day
Pay: Up to $24/hr

Key Responsibilities as the Remote Customer Service Representative:
- Assist members and providers with questions on eligibility, benefits, and services
- Complete additional tasks as directed by Customer Service Supervisors/Managers
You’d be great for the Remote Customer Service Representative opportunity with the following experience:
- 1+ year within customer service (in office setting) or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication
