Primary Responsibilities
- Operate rewinding equipment to prepare printed materials for final production and shipment
- Inspect printed products for quality, defects, and accuracy
- Load, unload, and handle rolls of printed materials safely
- Assist machine operators with production and setup activities
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain production records and follow work instructions
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Printing, converting, or press experience is helpful but not required
Compensation: $16–$17/hr (Benefit Package Available)
