Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on production role involves operating robotic welding equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting our manufacturing operations during day shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate robotic welding systems and production machinery efficiently and safely
- Handle materials by removing components from containers, processing per specifications, and returning finished products to designated storage (tubs, skids, boxes)
- Perform quality control inspections throughout production process
- Maintain accurate production records and quality reports
- Support continuous production flow through proper material handling and equipment operation
Physical Requirements
This position requires physical stamina and involves:
- Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching throughout shift
- Prolonged standing for extended periods
- Ability to continuously lift up to 25 pounds
- Manual dexterity for material handling and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Experience with robotic welding systems preferred
- Manufacturing or production background
- Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards
- Strong attention to detail for quality control
- Reliable attendance and punctuality essential for early morning shift
- Ability to read and follow production specifications
