We are helping a Home Improvement and Remodeling Contractor in Noblesville, IN hire their next Sales Representative. As a Home Remodeler Sales Representative, you'll be an integral part of helping our client create beautiful and functional living spaces for their clients.

This is a direct placement hire.

Salary and Benefits:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their home improvement needs, and guiding them through the remodeling process. Your ability to listen, communicate, and provide exceptional customer service will be the keys to your success.

Your Responsibilities as the Home Improvement and Remodeling Sales Representative:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to discuss their home remodeling ideas and requirements. Listen actively and ask probing questions to understand their vision.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Our client has an excellent reputation and receives leads from builders and designers daily.
  • Project Evaluation: Evaluate the scope of potential projects, conduct site assessments, and provide clients with accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Design Collaboration: Collaborate with our design team to create customized remodeling plans that align with the client's preferences and budget.
  • Sales Presentation: Present remodeling proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of our client's services and the value they bring to their homes.
  • Project Follow Through: Help order materials, conduct site visits, and provide client updates through to project completion.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless remodeling experience.

Your Qualifications for the Home Improvement and Remodeling Sales Representative:

  • Proven sales experience in the home remodeling or construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of home remodeling processes and materials.
  • Ability to use design software or tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
