Primary Responsibilities
- Operate Davenport or similar multi-spindle screw machines
- Load materials and monitor machine operations
- Perform basic tool changes and adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
- Maintain production flow and quality standards
- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience required
- Davenport screw machine experience preferred (training may be provided)
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Compensation
$18–$23/hr + Monthly Bonus Program (Benefit Package Available)
