Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Honolulu
Pay: $48K-$50K Annually
Schedule: Full Time/Monday-Friday
Overview: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for bridging the gap between the sales department and logistics, ensuring that every customer order is processed with precision. From managing internal databases to acting as a primary liaison for our partners, you will be the engine that keeps our sales workflow moving efficiently.
Sales Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients to foster strong business partnerships.

Full-Cycle Order Management: Execute end-to-end processing of customer orders via email, phone, and spreadsheets. This includes entry, invoicing, and real-time troubleshooting of any order discrepancies.

Growth Analytics: Generate and review sales performance reports to identify opportunities for increased volume across various departments and retail locations.

System Maintenance: Oversee the internal item management software, including new product setups, Point of Sale (POS) updates, and distribution logistics.

Communication Flow: Draft and distribute professional correspondence, memos, and reports. Prepare presentations and spreadsheets for departmental projects.

General Office Oversight: Handle daily administrative essentials such as multi-line phone management, mail distribution, and document transcription.
Sales Coordinator Candidate Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 2–3 years of professional administrative or sales support experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and familiarity with standard office hardware (scanners, multi-line phones).

Compliance: Must possess or be able to obtain TB Clearance.

Physical Ability: Capacity to sit for extended periods and the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed in a warehouse/kitchen setting.
