Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support a local company known for its quality products and fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on shipping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack components and instruments for shipment to customers, trade shows, and suppliers.
Prepare materials for anodization, painting, and other production operations.
Coordinate with shipping carriers to secure quotes, arrange pickups, and manage shipping terms.
Receive incoming materials, verify accuracy and quality, and process approved items into inventory.
Record and track shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Prior shipping and receiving experience required; international shipping experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to walk, bend, sit, stand, and lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
