Job Title:

MIG Welder

Pay Rate:

$18-$20.00

Shift:

• 1st Shift, M-F, 7A-3:20P
• 2nd Shift, M-TH, 3:15P - 1:15A (4-10 hr shifts)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a MIG Welder with minimal experience to join our team! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop their welding skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of MIG welding and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on metal components based on specifications and blueprints.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
• Assist in material preparation, grinding, and finishing as required.
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing proper PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Basic MIG welding experience (school training or on-the-job exposure preferred).
• Ability to read and understand simple blueprints or welding instructions.
• Willingness to learn and improve welding techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
