Assembly Associates – 1st - $16.00 / Hr

**Location:** Piqua, Ohio  
**Schedule:** M-TH 5A - 3:30P, OT may be required  
**Pay Rate:** Starting at $16.00 / Hr

## Responsibilities

As a **Manufacturing Associate**, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Follow all **safety standards** and **quality control procedures**
* Perform cross-training across multiple operations and complete required training certifications
* Read and follow **Operator Work Instructions (OWI)** for a variety of production tasks
* Interpret **Bill of Material (BOM)** requirements accurately
* Replenish materials and stock for ongoing production
* Package products efficiently and stack goods on pallets
* Maintain accurate **production logs and data sheets**
* Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and your personal workstation

## Educational Requirements

**High School Diploma or GED** required

## Preferred Experience

Previous **manufacturing, assembly, or production line** experience is a plus (but not required)

## Physical Requirements

* Ability to perform **repetitive physical tasks** for extended periods
* Must be able to lift up to **35 pounds**
* Full range of motion: bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and squatting
* Must be able to stand and remain mobile for **a full 10-hour shift**
