Job Title: Construction & Glass Installer – Residential & Commercial Glazing
Location: Covington, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Start between 6:00–7:30 AM | End between 3:00–5:00 PM | Occasional weekends
Pay Rate: $17.00–$20.00/hour BOE
About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking construction & glass installer to join our growing team! This hands-on role involves assisting with commercial and residential glass installation projects, using a variety of hand and power tools, and working in dynamic, fast-paced construction environments. If you enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable with heights, and are ready to grow your skills in the trades, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of glass, windows, curtain walls, storefronts, and glazing systems for commercial and residential projects
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and ladders
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites
- Follow job site safety protocols and maintain clear communication with the project team
- Travel to various job sites (travel time compensated)
- Perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Meet project deadlines and maintain high quality standards
Qualifications
*Previous experience glazing or construction
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (not required)
- Willing to work occasional weekends
- Valid driver’s license required
