Job Summary
Express Employment is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I for a first-shift opportunity in Bellefontaine, OH. This position works in a team-oriented manufacturing environment producing quality parts, operating production equipment, and supporting continuous improvement efforts while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain assigned production equipment.
- Monitor product quality and equipment efficiency to meet production goals.
- Complete daily production records and required documentation accurately.
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and workplace safety policies.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to accurately use and record measurements.
- Strong dependability and attendance record.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, grasping, and pinching.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Must wear required personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection.
- Composite or steel-toed shoes are required on the manufacturing floor.
