Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Salary: $18+ / Hour (BOE)
Shift: 1st Shift M-F 8:00A-5:00P
Responsibilities:
- Learn and efficiently navigate proprietary software systems.
- Understand, prioritize, and manage open job requisitions from clients.
- Review, contact, and schedule candidate applications with urgency; actively recruit candidates for open positions.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews via phone and in-person to align candidates with job openings.
- Engage in consistent sales activities, including cold and warm calling, emailing, and onsite client appointments; build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and needs assessments.
- Use and maintain recruitment tools such as texting platforms, job boards, and newsletters.
- Keep accurate records of recruitment activities; provide support to Senior Staff and team members during absences.
- Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and group activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or 2+ years in inside sales/recruiting preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects and deadlines.
- Friendly, helpful approach to addressing conflicts and concerns; adherence to a business casual/professional dress code.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.
- Adherence to guidelines for handling confidential and sensitive information.
Bonus Structure:
- Commission and bonus incentives in addition to base pay.
