General Labor Associate
Pay: $16.60 – $18.50 per hour
Shift: Full-Time | All Shifts Available
Location: Wapakoneta & St. Marys, Ohio
Are you looking for a hands-on position with steady hours and growth opportunities? We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, working with tools and equipment, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and production duties as assigned
- Pin gauge and visually inspect parts for quality defects
- Load parts by hand into machines and monitor production output
- Place completed parts into tubs and containers for processing
- Use pallet jacks to move completed skids to designated locations
- Load and unload materials, products, and equipment
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and sorting of materials
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Support warehouse, manufacturing, and production operations
- Complete all paperwork and/or electronic updates as required
- Maintain professional communication with customers, co-workers, and management
- Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment
- Perform all duties in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physical demands and hours may vary based on production needs
Qualifications
- Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Experience using pallet jacks is helpful but not required
