## Job Description

**Job Title:** Office Coordinator  
**Location:** West Liberty, Ohio (On-Site)

**Schedule & Pay:**
* Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
* $20 per hour

The Office Coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks, customer interactions, and order entry. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and supporting both customers and internal teams.

## Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
* Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
* Enter customer orders accurately into our system and maintain order tracking.
* Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping tasks using **QuickBooks**.
* Maintain organized office files and records.
* Support internal departments with administrative needs as required.
* Ensure the front office area is welcoming and professional.

## Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role (**manufacturing or machining industry** experience a plus).
* Proficiency with **QuickBooks** and **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* High school diploma or equivalent
