Job Title: Pool Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Pool Installation Technicians. In this role, you will assist with the installation of inground swimming pools, working hands-on in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, HVAC, or concrete work who enjoy physical, rewarding work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of inground swimming pools from start to finish
- Perform excavation, plumbing, and flatwork tasks
- Support site preparation and material handling
- Read and follow project plans, layouts, and instructions
- Perform basic math calculations and measurements, including conversions
- Measure and verify dimensions to ensure accurate installation and leveling
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, HVAC, or concrete work preferred
- Basic math skills, including the ability to perform measurements and conversions
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and excavation is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
