Job Title: Sewing Machine Operator
Location: Wapakoneta, Ohio
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

We’re seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our growing team in Wapakoneta, OH. This is a hands-on role for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish garments to specification.
- Carefully hand-trim garments using hand tools and equipment.
- Inspect cut pieces before sewing to identify and remove unacceptable defects.
- Follow detailed work instructions to ensure precision and consistency.
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the team on quality control before moving products through finishing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Previous sewing machine experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, honest, and a strong team player.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new work methods.
