Bindery Operator – Print Production
Location: Minster, Ohio
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our Print Production team in Minster, Ohio on 1st shift. In this role, you will operate bindery and finishing equipment to cut, fold, glue, trim, bind, and complete printed materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate bindery equipment to cut, fold, glue, trim, bind, and finish printed products
- Inspect materials for accuracy and quality throughout the production process
- Set up, adjust, and maintain machinery for optimal performance
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized, clean work area
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Previous bindery, machine operation, or print production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
