Job Title: Machine Operator / Production Associate
Location: Piqua, Ohio
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators / Production Associates to join our growing team in Piqua, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient manufacturing processes. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Load raw materials and operate assigned machinery according to established work instructions to ensure efficiency and high-quality output
- Accurately track and document daily production counts and performance metrics
- Perform visual quality inspections to verify product standards and determine acceptability
- Assemble, package, and label finished products according to specifications
- Stage and secure completed goods for safe transportation and shipment
- Communicate any safety, quality, equipment, or production concerns to the Production Manager or Group Leader
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with 5S standards
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and tracking production
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
