## Job Description
**Job Title:** Production Worker
**Location:** Piqua, OH
**Shift:** Full-Time, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
**Pay Rate:** $18.00 / Hr
## Key Responsibilities
* Load materials and operate production machines according to work instructions.
* Maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standards throughout each shift.
* Meet daily production quotas and accurately record production counts.
* Inspect parts visually to ensure quality and compliance.
* Assemble, package, and label products for shipment.
* Properly stage and secure finished goods using a pallet jack.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
* Perform additional duties as directed by management.
## Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
* Independent worker with strong attention to detail.
* Reliable attendance is essential – on time, every day.
* Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
* Experience using a pallet jack a plus.
