Job Title: Production Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Coldwater, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift | Pay: $17.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Place recycled rubber materials onto a conveyor system for processing and repurposing.
- Stack molded rubber blocks onto pallets for shipment.
- Lift and move materials weighing 30–50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all production and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, but not required.
