Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant – Distribution Operations. The client is a nationally recognized distributorship specializing in corporate gifts, creative services, and promotional products. They have been in business for over 40 years and are a 14-year “Best Place to Work” award recipient.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• Own the full accounting cycle for the business
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Manage job costing and inventory accounting
• Lead month-end close processes
• Handle sales tax compliance
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis
• Coordinate with external CPA partners
• Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence

Schedule & Pay:
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Benefits
No nights, weekends, or long hours

Here's What Makes YOU a Great Fit:

• 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Experience supporting mid-sized businesses ($10M–$50M)
• Background in distribution, manufacturing, construction, or project-based accounting preferred
• Strong QuickBooks experience (Enterprise preferred)
• Inventory and job costing experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable owning the full accounting function
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
• Seeking long-term stability and ownership without burnout
