Job Description:
Be a part of a local team that is dedicated to helping others in their time of need and make a meaningful impact every day. As a Senior Associate, you'll oversee insurance policy communications, manage customer inquiries, and ensure accurate payment processing. You'll handle payment rejects, lead an offshore team, and collaborate on resolving billing issues, contributing to efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Correspond with business associates on Insurance policies
- Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone or email
- Manage incoming payments
- Oversight of offshore team to ensure completion and consistency of all tasks
- Collaborate with team members on solutions to billing issues on policies
Qualifications:
- 2 year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years general office experience
- Proficiency of MS Office applications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Accounts receivable, collections and/or insurance experience
- Knowledge in Guidewire Billing Center preferred
