Title: Senior Customer Care Associate

Senior Customer Care Associate Duties:
Managing phone lines, transferring calls, and making outbound calls to physicians to verify information Data entry into MS Excel and database with referral and patient information Participates in case conferences, staffing meetings, and in-services as required Maintains inventory and order supplies, such as forms and training materials
Senior Customer Care Associate Experience:
2+ years of administrative experience, healthcare background is preferred Ability to multi-task, work with different departments, and prioritize Proficient in Excel and ability to learn computer programs quickly! Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
