Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team in Steele, AL. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift operating experience, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse or production environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks and deliveries.
- Transport materials to designated storage and production areas.
- Assist with inventory organization and material handling.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
