Lead CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

4 Day Work Week

Hours: 4 pm to 2:30 am Mon to Thurs, 1/2 day OT Friday IF needed

No weekends ever

Typical Duties

  • Lead a small team of machinists
  • Read blueprints
  • Set-up a variety of turning and milling machines including Mill-Turn and Swiss
  • Run machines to meet production goals
  • Help with new methods for difficult jobs
  • Assist other areas as needed and perform basic machine maintenance

Experience and Qualities

  • 2 years' team leadership experience
  • Computer literate
  • Set ups
  • Have strong math skills including fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages
