Talent Acquisition Specialist - Logistics Experience Required – Tinton Falls, NJ | $70K–$75K

Location: Tinton Falls, NJ
Pay: $70,000–$75,000 annually (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Mentor hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines; make informed hiring recommendations.
  • Use AI tools and job boards to optimize recruiting strategies.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records.
  • Partner with universities for student career initiatives.
  • Organize and attend career fairs and networking events.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Support a culture of career growth and opportunities for employees.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR best practices.
  • Experience interviewing warehouse, factory, or labor positions (at least one of the three).
  • Some understanding of CDL drivers and their recruitment needs.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting platforms, ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and social media.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; legally eligible to work in the U.S.
