Job Title: Maintenance Technician Assistant – Machine & Facility

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to grow your career in industrial maintenance? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician Assistant to support our Maintenance Manager with day-to-day tasks related to machine and facility upkeep. This is an ideal position for someone with hands-on skills who is eager to learn more about CNC machinery, hydraulic systems, and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with routine maintenance and repair tasks.
• Help with the inspection, servicing, and repair of production equipment including:
  • Hydraulic presses
  • CNC routers
  • Mechanical components and assemblies
• Support preventative maintenance efforts across facility equipment and systems.
• Learn to troubleshoot basic mechanical and hydraulic issues.
• Help maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Assist with general facility upkeep and minor building repairs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a mechanical, maintenance, or shop environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from the Maintenance Manager and senior technicians.
• Basic knowledge of tools, mechanical systems, or hydraulics a plus.
• Good attitude, strong work ethic, and interest in industrial equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks throughout the day.
