As the front line of the branch, you’ll support both teller and member service functions, helping members with their everyday banking needs while delivering exceptional service and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform teller transactions and member service functions in accordance with policies and procedures
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance with accuracy
- Balance daily transactions and maintain proper financial records
- Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs
- Uphold confidentiality and high ethical standards in all member interactions
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance accuracy with efficiency in a busy environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 1 year of front-line customer service or sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of cumulative cash-handling experience
- Teller experience in a financial institution strongly preferred
- Credit must be in good standing
- Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA Rules and Regulations
