Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble small electronic components and products according to assembly drawings and work instructions
- Identify component values, polarity, and orientation for thru-hole electronic parts including capacitors, resistors, transistors, and ICs
- Read assembly drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to identify customer part numbers and assembly requirements
- Verify component values and correct placement on printed circuit boards
- Perform final assembly tasks including clipping, masking, hot glue application, and product finishing
- Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read assembly drawings and follow detailed instructions
- Basic understanding of electronic components and printed circuit board assembly preferred
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive fine assembly work
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Compensation: $15.50/hr
