Express Employment Professionals is hiring a 2nd shift Utility Technician for a recycling and material processing facility in Batavia. This position supports plant operations by helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment throughout the facility.

What You'll Do
- Support daily plant safety and housekeeping activities
- Keep production, equipment, and material areas clean and organized
- Identify and help correct potential safety hazards
- Assist production and maintenance teams as needed
- Follow all facility safety procedures and PPE requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or utility experience preferred
- Strong safety awareness and attention to surroundings
- Comfortable performing physical work in an industrial environment
- Ability to work independently and assist multiple departments
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime
Pay: $25–$30/hr, based on experience
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 12:00pm–9:00pm, Full-Time + Overtime
