Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift | $18.75/Hour | Full-Time Overnight Position

Job Details

• Schedule: 3rd Shift - 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling & Verification:

• Verify incoming materials against shipping documents and purchase orders
• Identify, document, and report any discrepancies or obvious damages
• Route materials to designated storage locations following warehouse protocols

Inventory Management:

• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
• Rearrange stored materials to optimize warehouse space and efficiency
• Monitor stored materials for deterioration, damage, or quality issues
• Report any inventory concerns to warehouse management

Shipping & Receiving:

• Prepare materials for outbound shipments according to customer orders
• Remove materials from storage areas safely and efficiently
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience strongly preferred
• Overhead crane experience a plus

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork skills and commitment to meeting company goals
• Proficient in reading tape measures, calipers, and work orders
• Color recognition ability for material identification
• Solid reading, writing, and math skills (pre-employment testing required)

Physical Requirements:

This position requires physical stamina for 95% of the workday, including:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds independently
• Frequent pushing, pulling, and carrying of materials
• Extended periods of standing and walking
• Climbing stairs and ladders as needed
• Operating warehouse equipment safely
