Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

A Flex-Core with TIG welder is a versatile welding machine capable of performing both flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding. FCAW uses a flux-cored wire electrode, making it ideal for outdoor use, dirty metals, and thicker materials due to its high-speed, forgiving nature. In contrast, TIG welding uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode and shielding gas to produce precise, clean welds, making it suitable for thinner materials and visually critical projects like stainless steel or aluminum. Combining these two processes in one unit allows welders to switch between strong, efficient welds and highly detailed, controlled work, making it a practical choice for professionals and hobbyists seeking flexibility in their welding tasks.
