Parts Counter Salesperson

We’re hiring experienced Parts Counter Salespeople to support high-volume customer needs across multiple locations. This role focuses on serving existing customers, managing incoming parts requests, and ensuring accurate, efficient order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers
• Handle incoming parts calls and provide accurate information
• Support customers with parts identification and ordering
• Place and track parts orders with suppliers
• Maintain organized, detailed records of parts activity

Requirements:

• Strong reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Solid communication and follow-up skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Sales aptitude and customer-first mindset
• PACCAR or KARMAK experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
