What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and storage
- Develop operational strategies, budgets, and performance plans
- Monitor KPIs (cost, efficiency, inventory, delivery performance)
- Lead hiring, training, and development of management and staff
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, DOH, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within distribution, logistics and/or supply chain industry
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
