A high-performing commercial property is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead its on-site operations. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing all aspects of property performance—from financial planning and team development to marketing, leasing support, and vendor management.
Schedule & Location
Monday - Friday. This position is in-person, not remote.
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000
Key Tasks
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across operations, marketing, leasing, and finance
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting
- Maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) through strategic planning and execution
- Oversee contracted services including security, janitorial, and maintenance
- Manage tenant relationships, address concerns, and support leasing efforts with market insights
- Guide capital planning and ensure compliance with safety and emergency protocols
- Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives and analyze campaign performance
- Monitor tenant sales trends and occupancy metrics to inform strategy
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills
- Industry certifications a plus
- Experience with specialty leasing and retail dynamics
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing strategy
