Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northeast is seeking a Groundskeeper/Maintenance worker to fill an immediate opening in the Montgomery Area!
Work Designation
Shift: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $18 an hour
Job Duties
- Perform landscaping duties, including mowing, edging, planting, and seasonal cleanup.
- Remove debris and snow as needed.
- Maintain outdoor equipment, hardscapes, and irrigation systems.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs, including toilet maintenance.
- Assist with demolition, drywall patching, and painting.
- Complete small concrete repairs and flatwork caulking.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in groundskeeping/maintenance is required.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
