🔧 Industrial Maintenance Technician – Full-Time | Weekly Pay
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and facility equipment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, problem-solving, and ensuring equipment stays safe, efficient, and fully operational.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Replace, rebuild, and adjust machine components as needed
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and mechanical testing devices
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and system improvements
- Document maintenance tasks, parts used, and repair notes
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and company protocols
