We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair duties for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can work independently, and is comfortable being on call for emergency maintenance needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property structures, facilities, and systems
- Conduct plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC-related tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and building exteriors
- Maintain records of completed work and report issues requiring additional support
Requirements
- Proven experience in property maintenance, general repairs, or a similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Must be available for on-call emergency maintenance as needed
- Strong communication and time-management skills
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities for emergency maintenance
