Job Responsibilities
- Safely lift, carry, load, and unload heavy items throughout the workday
- Assist with moving furniture, equipment, materials, and various products
- Use basic tools and equipment for packing, staging, and securing loads
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work efficiently with a team to complete daily moving and labor tasks
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Must be able to consistently lift 50–100 lbs throughout the shift
- Previous moving or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to and from the Newark job site
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills
- Must be available for first-shift hours
