What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily warehouse and yard operations
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff
- Ensure equipment is maintained and rent-ready
- Manage inventory accuracy and shipment tracking
- Serve as point of contact for customers and resolve issues
- Enforce OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of construction trade and/or operations experience
- 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
