Commercial / Industrial Painter – $20–$35/hr | Honolulu, HI
Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay Range: $20–$35/hr DOE (Most painters start around $24–$25/hr; experienced painters earn into the low $30s)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts starting between 5:00 AM–8:00 AM

Join an established and reputable commercial painting team working on interior and exterior projects across Oʻahu. This role offers steady weekday hours, skill-building opportunities with industrial coatings, and a supportive work environment with high safety standards.
What You’ll Do
- Prep and paint commercial and industrial facilities
- Perform surface prep: sanding, patching, power washing, priming, caulking
- Apply primers, sealants, epoxies, and high-performance coatings
- Safely use lifts, scaffolding, sprayers, rollers, and hand tools
- Work closely with a professional, team-oriented crew

Requirements
- Prior painting experience preferred (commercial/industrial experience a plus)
- Ability to lift, stand, climb, and work at elevated heights when needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to follow safety practices at all times
