A well-established food processing and distribution company is seeking a skilled Plant Mechanic to support maintenance of processing equipment and facility systems. This role plays an important part in keeping production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Your Contribution & Impact
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain and repair processing machinery, support equipment, and facility systems.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform effective repairs to minimize downtime.
Preventative Maintenance:
- Support scheduled maintenance to prolong equipment life and prevent breakdowns.
Safety & Compliance:
- Fully support food safety programs, including Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs).
Team Support:
- Work with maintenance team and production staff to complete tasks and improve operations.
Attributes for Success
- Mechanical or maintenance experience in industrial, production, or facility settings
- Comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting and repair
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety-focused
- Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive
