A well-established environmental services company is hiring Route Service Driver/Laborers (Non-CDL) for both Kauaʻi and Kapolei locations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, driving, troubleshooting equipment, and providing excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Visit customer sites to service pump/solvent equipment
- Perform basic mechanical tasks using hand tools
- Bundle, load, and handle materials as needed
- Provide friendly, timely interaction with customers
- Drive a company vehicle on daily service routes
- Occasionally travel inter-island (when support is needed)
Who We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license + clean abstract
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic mechanical ability (willing to learn wiring, light repairs)
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow instructions
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to pass:
- TB clearance
- Drug screen (10-panel)
- Background checks (Criminal + CPS/APS)
