Environmental Recycling Route Driver – $22–$25/hr | Kapolei, HI
Location: Kapolei, HI
Pay: $22–$25/hr (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Weekly Pay | ESOP Company (Employee-Owned)
Join a local environmental recycling company that plays a key role in keeping Oʻahu sustainable. We are hiring a Route Driver / Field Laborer to collect recyclable materials from businesses and return them to the facility for processing. This is a hands-on, active role with a steady weekday schedule and great benefits.
Responsibilities
- Drive box or flatbed trucks on assigned pick-up and delivery routes
- Collect recyclable materials from local businesses
- Deliver materials to the recycling facility for processing
- Transport items to docks and customer locations as needed
- Assist with general labor tasks to support daily operations
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
- Valid Driver’s License
- DOT Medical Card (or willing to obtain)
- Experience driving box trucks or flatbeds
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and a team-player attitude
