We’re hiring a Warehouse Order Picker to support a high-volume alcohol and wine distribution operation on the Big Island. This role is ideal for warehouse professionals who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable using power equipment and voice-pick systems.

What You’ll Do
- Pick alcohol and wine products using a voice picking system
- Pull, prepare, and stage orders for shipment or replenishment
- Hand-load products onto conveyors
- Inspect outgoing orders to ensure customer receiving requirements are met
- Operate power equipment to restock product, including:
- Forklifts
- Order pickers (up to 25 ft heights)
- Slip sheet machines
- Load, unload, move, stack, and store product safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse
- Follow all safety procedures and support warehouse safety initiatives
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 25 ft on order picker)
- Experience operating forklifts or power equipment (or willingness to train)
- Ability to lift, move, and stack product throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow voice-pick instructions
- Reliable attendance and safety-first mindset
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
